Returns
You have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery.
To return an item for a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete the returns form included within your order and details of items to be returned.
- Address your return to: Nikki & Me Returns, Unit 9 Hampstead West, 224 Iverson Road, London, NW6 2HL.
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be refunded once received. You will receive an email confirming your refund once it has been processed.
Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.
We recommend you use a posting service that provides proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
- Nikki & Me cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without a completed Returns Form or proof of purchase.
- Items bought by a third party must be returned to the third-party retailer.
- Ensure you return items in their original pouches with all labels present.
- For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges unless an item is faulty.
- We will only refund postage if the item is faulty or if you cancel it in line with the Consumer Contract for Distance Selling.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us on care@nikkiandme.com ahead of returning the item to discuss the extent of damage in greater detail.
Our semi-precious gemstone jewellery is hand-made from naturally occurring stones. Because of the nature of this process, your unique piece may differ slightly from the image on the website. Some stones can also include natural inclusions. If the piece you have received has different markings than that on the website or has natural inclusions, it is not deemed faulty.

It is important to ensure that you state you are ‘returning to seller’ in the reason for export field on your postage label.
