How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery is £4.75 within the UK. For further information please see our Delivery Information section
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be despatched within 5-10 working days. We will email you to confirm your order has been shipped.
Can my order be sent to a different address?
Yes, it can. You will be given the option to add a different delivery address when you reach the checkout. If you wish to change your delivery address after having placed your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will aim to change this for you, although we cannot guarantee.
Can I return my order for a refund or a replacement?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. If you need to return any goods for any reason, you can do so providing the item(s) are in their pouches. (Outer packaging does not need to be returned). We can only offer a replacement if your item is faulty and we have stock, please contact us at care@nikkiandme.com to arrange. Please note that earrings cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons. You will receive a refund for the value of the item(s). We will only refund postage if the item is faulty, or if cancelled under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The item(s) in my order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at care@nikkiandme.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Is it safe to shop online with my credit/debit card at www.nikkiandme.com?
It is completely safe to shop online with Nikki & Me. We have taken all the necessary legal steps to encrypt our website and ensure your details are protected throughout your shopping experience.
How will I know you have received my order?
Once you have completed your order you will be shown a success page on the website with your order reference number. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. You will receive a further email once your order has been shipped, please note our despatch time can be up to 10 working days. Please check your junk mailbox in the first instance if you do not receive one of these emails and then contact us at care@nikkiandme.com

How does the Chinese Knot work?
To open necklaces and bracelets with a Chinese knot, pull on the two beads closest to the knot on the main row of beads. To tighten a bracelet or shorten a necklace, pull on the hanging beads on the item to slide the knot along the cord. To request an illustration of how the knot works please email care@nikkiandme.com.
My item has broken, can I have it repaired?
We want you to enjoy wearing your jewellery for as long as possible, careful handling and storage will prolong the life of your pieces. Unfortunately, we don't offer a repair service.
How should I care for my Nikki & Me Jewellery?
All Nikki & Me designs are made using the finest hand sourced materials, we recommend the following to keep them in the best condition for as long as possible. Avoid contact with perfumes and creams as they will dull the finish of your stones. To clean, use a soft dry cloth such as a duster. Immersion in water or chemical solutions will damage the surface of your stones, and tissue paper or scratchy materials may mark the surface of the stone. When you are not wearing your pieces store in the pouch provided. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Caring for Tigers Eye, extra care should be taken around liquids or creams containing alcohol as this may cause some colour transfer onto skin or clothing.
What is Nikki & Me Jewellery made from?
Our semi-precious jewellery is made from semi-precious stones. Some stones are dyed to achieve our unique and vibrant colours. Each piece has unique markings and therefore may vary from the picture on the website, this makes them uniquely yours. Find out more about our stones in our gemstone section on our website. All our earring styles use Sterling Silver.
Will my item arrive in a pouch?
Yes, all our jewellery will arrive in a Nikki and Me pouch.
If I buy something in the sale, can I still return it the usual way for a refund or exchange?
Yes, you can. All purchases from the Nikki & Me website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, except for earrings which are non-returnable unless faulty (for reasons of hygiene).
I saw something on your website recently and now it is no longer there - do you have any more stock?
Our website is set up to list all our current available stock. Unfortunately, if you can no longer see an item, it will indicate that we have sold out since you last visited the site. To see if we can help locate the item please email us at care@nikkiandme.com
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to cancel your order once they are placed as they have already been sent to our warehouse to be processed. If you would like to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You must clearly communicate to us your decision to cancel before the end of the cancellation period. We will refund you your order and the standard delivery charge. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated by you to receive the goods.
Will there be changes to VAT for EU Orders from January 1st, 2021?
Please note that import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping to EU countries from January 1st, 2021. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. For all orders to EU countries, UK VAT will be deducted at checkout. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that apply. If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they’re aware that they’ll need to cover this before you order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country if necessary.
Payment Security Code
To protect you from fraud when you are shopping online, you may sometimes have to confirm your identity when purchasing an item online or via our app. You could either be sent a short code when you are making a payment, by text/SMS or email, which you will need to enter to complete the purchase, or use your mobile banking app to confirm that you are the cardholder. It is important that you keep your mobile phone number and contact details up to date with your bank or card provider. This will ensure that you will be able to make that online purchase if your bank or card provider wants to check that it is you using the card to make the payment. If you cannot complete a purchase using your card to shop on our website or in our app then please contact your card issuer for assistance.
